Attendance Checker|Tools

This tool compares a list of current attendees on a facebook event against a google sheet that keeps track of appointed "leaders" that are responsible for formally inviting people to the event

Explanation
To get the list of facebook attendees:
1. Go to the event page and click "XY Going * YZ Interested"
2. Click the going tab
3. Click and drag while scrolling down until all guests are high lighted
4. Copy the attendees by pressing ctrl + c|command + c
You can then paste the attendees into the textbox below labeled Facebook Event Attendance
To get the list of google sheets attendees:
1. Go to the sheet in Google Sheets
2. Click File
3. Click Download -> Tab-separated values
4. Open the file in a text editor (Notepad/TextEdit)
5. Select everything in the file and press ctrl + c|command + c
6. Paste the contents of the sheet into the Google Sheets text area
